Environmental Resource Protection: Protecting for Future Generations

Advancing ecosystem protection and pollution prevention through sustainable resource practices.
At New Earth Creator, we protect and restore land, wildlife, and groundwater through direct, hands-on environmental stewardship. Our work confronts the damage caused by illegal dumping, hazardous waste, and land misuse — particularly in sensitive recharge zones and wildland areas where contamination can move from surface soil into the aquifer below.
We operate at the critical intersection of ground and water — the Aquifer Interface — recognizing that healthy soil, native habitat, and responsible land use are essential to safeguarding the groundwater systems that sustain both ecosystems and communities.
Beyond cleanup, we advance pollution prevention, habitat protection, and long-term ecological resilience. By creating accessible opportunities for service, education, and community engagement, we empower individuals to become active stewards — protecting wildlife above and the water beneath our feet.

Our Story
My name is Andres Marquez, and New Earth Creator began with one simple belief: if we want a healthier world, we have to be willing to do the work ourselves.
What started as a personal effort quickly revealed something bigger. Caring for our environment isn’t the responsibility of one person, one group, or one agency—it belongs to all of us, across every community. The work isn’t glamorous. It’s dirty, exhausting, and often overlooked. But it is essential to the wellbeing of our valley and every form of life that calls it home.
As I continued this work, I realized it was an effort few people or institutions were willing to commit to long-term. Instead of waiting for someone else to step in, I chose to become that person.
In May 2025, New Earth Creator was officially formed as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, built on action over words. We don’t wait for perfect conditions or endless conversations—we show up, we clean up, and we restore what has been neglected.
Today, New Earth Creator remains a small, one-person, boots-on-the-ground effort, funded through my own work in construction. I do this because I believe deeply in its importance. And I believe just as strongly that this movement will grow—not through speeches, but through people willing to contribute their time, energy, and care.
This is about more than cleanup. It’s about responsibility. It’s about community. It’s about leaving the land better than we found it—so the next generation inherits a world that is healthier, stronger, and full of possibility

146,500 pounds of trash—over 73 U.S. tons—have been removed, including household waste, construction debris, and materials collected from homeless encampment sites. This represents the most common and diverse category of waste we address through our cleanup and responsible disposal efforts.

730 illegally dumped tires have been removed. Tire dumping is a widespread problem across the country. Beyond their sheer volume and high disposal costs, discarded tires degrade over time and release harmful petrochemicals into the environment.

408 gallons of liquid waste have been removed from desert sites and roadways, directly contributing to ecosystem protection and supporting pollution prevention through responsible cleanup and recycling practices

486 televisions and other electronic items have been removed from the environment, preventing the release of harmful heavy metals and plastics. Through proper removal and responsible recycling, we reduce environmental contamination and protect surrounding ecosystems.

105 large appliances—including refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and water heaters—have been removed and delivered to proper recycling facilities. Beyond being unsightly and out of place, many of these appliances contain harmful contaminants such as refrigerants (including Freon), ammonia-based liquids, and electronic components that can impact the environment if left unmanaged

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals in ecosystem protection, fund our mission, and promote pollution prevention through sustainable practices.

Our land tells a story. Every hillside, riverbed, and open space reflects how we care for the place we call home. When waste is illegally dumped and left behind, it harms more than the environment—it affects our water, our wildlife, our health, and our sense of responsibility to one another.
At New Earth Creator, we believe environmental protection doesn’t start with policies or promises—it starts with people showing up. Real change happens when individuals take ownership of their surroundings and choose to act, even when the work is hard and goes unseen.
This mission exists because the land cannot speak for itself. It exists for the communities living alongside contaminated areas, for the wildlife displaced by pollution, and for future generations who deserve clean soil, safe water, and healthy ecosystems.
We do this work to restore balance, prevent further harm, and remind one another that caring for the Earth is a shared responsibility. Every bag collected, every site restored, and every person who joins in is proof that meaningful change is possible—one action, one community, and one piece of land at a time

No trash in sight. Only nature.
Your support and contributions directly advance our mission to protect ecosystems, prevent pollution, and safeguard vital groundwater resources. Through sustainable field practices, community engagement, and environmental intervention, your partnership helps turn restoration goals into measurable impact.
This work goes beyond pollution prevention and environmental cleanup. It’s about coming together to protect ecosystems through sustainable practices that benefit all of humanity—across communities, backgrounds, and differences.
